Structure of three-phase asynchronous motor

View:

1、 Model number

Used to indicate the series, geometric dimensions, and number of poles of the electric motor

For example: Y132M-4

Y=Three phase asynchronous motor

132=center height of machine base (mm)

M=Machine base length code

4=number of magnetic poles (pole pairs p=2)

2、 Connection method (connection method of stator three-phase winding)

1. Motor capacity ≤ 3kW-Y connection

2. Motor capacity ≥ 4kW - connected

3、 Voltage

The line voltage value that should be applied to the stator winding of an electric motor during rated operation.

For example, 380/220V, Y/refers to the use of Y connection when the line voltage is 380V; When the line voltage is 220V, a connection is used

Explanation: It is generally stipulated that the operating voltage of an electric motor cannot be higher or lower than 5% of the rated value. Because when the motor is running at or near full load, high or low voltage can cause the current of the motor to exceed the rated value, resulting in overheating of the motor. The rated voltage of three-phase asynchronous motors includes various types such as 380V, 3000V, and 6000V.

4、 Current

The current value of the stator winding wire of the motor during rated operation.

For example, Y/6.73/11.64A indicates that the line current of the motor under star connection is 6.73A; the line current under delta connection is 11.64A

5、 Power

Rated power refers to the mechanical power output on the shaft of a motor during rated operation.
