(1) Basic structure
The DC motor test bench adopts an octagonal fully stacked structure, which not only has a high space utilization rate, but also can withstand rapid changes in pulse current and load current when using a static rectifier.
DC motors usually do not have series excited windings and are suitable for automatic control technology that requires forward and reverse rotation.
We can produce a string type exciter according to customer requirements. Motors with a midpoint height of 100-280 millimeters do not have compensation coils, but motors with a midpoint height of 250 millimeters or 280 millimeters can be manufactured with compensation coils according to actual conditions and requirements. Motors with a midpoint height of 315-450 millimeters have compensation coils.
The external installation dimensions and technical specifications of the motor meet the IEC international standards, and the mechanical dimensional tolerances of the motor meet the ISO international standards.
(2) Refrigeration structure, installation form
IC06: Outdoor ventilation vent with built-in hair dryer;
ICl7: The inlet is a pipeline and the outlet is a louver;
IC37: Both the cold air inlet and outlet are pipelines;
IC611: Fully sealed air/air cooler;
ICW37A86: Fully enclosed air/water refrigeration unit
Its derivative methods include self ventilation, axial fan, enclosed type, air/air cooler, etc. The basic protection level of the entire series of motors is IP21S
The motor shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of GB/T997 "Installation Types and Codes of Motor Structures", and the installation dimensions of the motor shall meet IEC standards, except for the axial spacing (B) of the base holes.
The outlet box of the DC motor test bench is located on the right side of the base (i.e. the positive box) when viewed from the transmission end (without commutator). If the user requests to place the outlet box on the other side of the base, the reverse box should be indicated when ordering. The basic output shaft of the motor is a single axis extension, and the output shaft direction facing the output box (main box) is the left output shaft. According to customer requirements, it can also be processed into dual axis.
From the end of the commutator, the basic rotation direction of the shaft is counterclockwise. The motor adopts elastic coupling or transmission mode with certain radial force (belt or gear).
(3) DC motor test bench accessories
The motor can be designed according to customer needs and can be equipped with a speed generator, pulse generator, centrifugal switch, brake, etc.
Note: Technical parameters, power, weak magnetic field frequency and other parameters are for reference only, as new technologies and materials are used.
