Performance and Function of DC Motor Test Stand

The DC motor test bench utilizes advanced virtual instrument technology to combine the powerful computing power of computers with the hardware measurement and control capabilities of instrument equipment. Through software, it realizes the control of testing and the operation, analysis, processing, display, printing, and storage of data, making the system's functions exceed the simple combination of general instruments, especially in terms of result saving, waveform storage, synchronous measurement, test report generation, system expansion, and multifunctionality, which are incomparable to traditional manual test benches.



1. Main manifestations:

(1) All experimental data is displayed digitally and can be sent to a microcomputer, sampled, plotted, and printed;

(2) Adopting high-precision load sensors with good stability and lifespan;

(3) The whole machine has high sensitivity, good load torque stability, and repeatability of testing;

(4) Only adjusting the excitation current can control the load size

(5) The software is easy to operate and can implement testing methods such as type testing (manual, automatic) and production line testing (fixed-point, persistent, rapid testing).

(6) The power tester has multiple ranges (automatic switching) to meet the testing needs of high-power and low-power motors

2. Functions of the DC motor test bench system:

(1) Can control the on/off value of the motor on the computer;

(2) The system adopts manual and automatic testing methods (this method does not require connecting to a computer for operation), and the entire process can be implemented on the display controller of the control cabinet; Data can be locked for easy manual recording;

(3) The system has a fixed-point detection method: that is, after the motor runs, the load automatically adjusts to the set value and runs stably at the set value;

(4) Test results: Display motor test data in the form of reports or curves, which can be printed and saved for easy querying of curves next time. Adjust the parameters of curve coordinates (horizontal and vertical)
